I just love this first picture. All the kids on the stage waiting for their games. But not just the Judith Gap kids. Both Judith Gap and Moore. You would never know watching them where they are each from, they have all become fast friends. And he has a really good set of kids to play with this year. (Not that I can keep them all straight and remember their names! It's taken awhile for that. We have Destan, Gavin, Javin, Hayden, Payton and Jordan and Jordy) It make me sad to think about the fact that my kids will never have what we had when we played. Different seasons, fewer kids, always having to co-op, having to travel to practice, etc. But then I think how fortunate we still are to have the opportunity and to meet new kids and new people.

It has been so fun to watch the boys this fall. They have come so far just in the few weeks they have been playing. Destan does a super job and he reminds me of his dad when he plays too, but he really reminds me of you Jen. He knows what is going on and what should be going on at all times. You can see it on his face, like I could on yours and he gets pretty intent - just like his mom used to play. Look out world! Here he comes! Go Destan!
